26 October 2010 THE STATUTORY AUDIT OF A PVT.LTD COMPANY HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED BY ANY OTHER REASON AND THE DRECTORS OF THE COMPANY ARE DESIROUS FOR TAX AUDIT REPORT UNDER THIS CIRCUMTANCESS WHICH FORM IS APPLICABLE FOR REPORTING OF AUDIT U/S 44 AB OF I.T ACT , FORM 3CA OR FORM 3CB.

26 October 2010 The company is required to get it's account audited under the Companies Act 1956, so the form no 3CA is applicable in this case. Since the Audit is not yet complete, technically tax audit can not be done till stat audit is completed
