"If an enterprise prepares and presents a complete set of Financial
Statements in its interim financial report, the form and content of those
Statements should conform to the requirements as applicable to annual
Complete set of Financial Statements".

Please explain the above sentence in brief and what is the meaning of interim financial report

20 November 2012 It simply means that the interim financial statements have to prepared as per Revised Schedule VI and should be in accordance with all applicable accounting standards and other legal requirements.

22 November 2012 Interim Financial Report means the complete financial statements covering only a part of the year. For example 3 months, 6 months.

Listed companies prepare interim financial statements of quarterly basis.
