Where would the "minority interest" appear in the revised Scheudle VI in Consolidation of Accounts?

It means that the minority interest should be shown on the face of the the Balance sheet under the head Shareholders funds (Revised Shedule VI)

The minority interest shall be displayed in the balance sheet with appropriate sign.

Only the 5% holding is to be mentioned in the Balance Sheet notes
