Sir,
A person has business income of Rs. 222500 from private coaching. He recently filed Return for A.Y. 2013-14 on dated 11.08.2013. Now he wants to file revised return with change of Income of Rs. 436540 for above year. His C.A told him that he can't file revised return because of belated file return . But he is forcing his C.A to file revised Return . Can he do ?

No. CA is right. belated returns cannot be revised.
