Dear sir,
we are the internal auditor of a co. we report every month internal audit report to the co. but as per statutory audit. some changes b/w the internal audit and staturory audt. so now they demand revised internal audit report can it is possible. if yes how? please any body

Normally no unless there is some MATERIAL lapse on account of NON disclosure of accounts, evidences, things, articles etc by the auditee company.
If the revision is must on account of as said above, the revised reposrt may be given specifying the reference to the original report and giving reason therefor
