revised excise duty and service tax with effect from which working days please suggest me.

Revised excise duty and service tax will be effective from a date to be notified later.

EXCISE DUTY IS EFFECTED FROM 01.03.15 BUT SERVICE TAX WILL EFFECTED AFTER ENACTMENT. THANKS.
