I have filed original ST3. Now it has to be revise.I want to know that in revision of st3 any referance of original st3 is to be given or not.

No. you can prepare the ST-3 utility, inthat option is there revised return and after preparation while uploading also need to tick the option of revised return.
Revised return can be file with in 90 days from the date of original return filed
