01 October 2015 Dear Sir,

We have file income tax return of loss in 01.10.2015.

Now we want revise this return because TDS not taken in income tax return.

we can revise this return or not.

01 October 2015 you can revise the return. And if the TDS not claimed by you, appearing in the 26AS statement, then CPC will take care of that without even revising the return
