Can Revise form 3CD be filed.
if yes, after filing revise form 3CD whether it needs to file revised return

Yes Form 3CD can be revised. Whether return needs to be revised or not depends on whether there is a change in position in return ie whether Form 3CD has been changed due to change in any revision in accounts.
