28 February 2013 what is the logic behind reverse charges mechanism and tell me please if a manpower supply service is liable to pay service tax than 25%is payable by service provider and 75% payable by service receiver whether 25% amount come on gross or service tax amount.how we should calculate

28 February 2013 25% Service tax to be calculated on Billed amount i.e. who charges the service value actually. Service receiver pay the service tax @ 75 % on the same billed amount with debited to respective expenses account.
