however, after that, in this reverse charge mechanism, there is not a clear cut provision stating that " Service Tax on AMC Charges is to be paid by Service Receiver".
but it states that when service received is in the nature of SECURITY SERVICE i.e. safe guard the assets of enterprise, service tax to be paid by service receiver i.e. reverse charge mechanism will apply.
