Pls clarify If a registered person under GST as regular dealer buys services or goods from a composite scheme dealer, wether there will be a RCM on this transaction?
If no please clarify input tax treatment on such transaction.

No need to pay under RCM on purchse from composition dealer.

Now pls also clarify how purchase from Composite Dealer will taken in purchase book and how tax will be treated on it.
(Let suppose Rs.100/- Inward supply bill.) no HSN CODE & Tax detail mentioned on Invoice, as Composite dealer has issued bill of supply, but supply comming under 12% tax category)
