1) In case of Partial Reverse Charge whether the Service Provider has to charge Service Tax only to the extent of his liability or on the whole amount of bill/invoice?
2) in case of reverse charge(100%) whether the Service Provider need to show the Service Tax Amount in the invoice/bill or not?

1)Service provider should charge only to the extent he is liable to pay service tax...it is service receiver obligation to deposit his part of service tax to department
2)in case of 100% reversecharge like advocate bills
no need to show any service tax component in bills...it is the service receiver liability to discharge 100% service tax liability

1. In case of partial reverse charge the service provider will show only his liability on the bill.
2. In case of full reverse charge, service provider will NOT show service tax amount on his bill.
2. In case of full reverse charge, service provider will NOT show service tax amount on his bill.
