a proprietorship concern that providing consulting and accounting services in which no body professionally qualified.
then that services providing by the said concern is under service tax or not.
please tell me.

i could not able to under stand your question
see as below
1)reverse charge not applicable on accounting and consutancy services
2)so if your proprietor gross receipts exceeds 9 lakhs he need to register under service tax and he need to collect and charge service tax once he exceeds 10 lakhs gross receipts
