Could anyone clarify what is the latest limit to affix revenue stamp on cash payments made according to the stamp act?
Also give me the link to the evidence for that please.

As per Indian Stamps Act, 1899, Re.1/- stamp is to be affixed on a receipt exceeding Rs. 5000/-. For more detail you can refer https://dateyvs.com/gener05.htm.
