What would be the impact if we do not affix Revenue Stamp on Cash Voucher whose amount is exceeding Rs.5000...

Strictly speaking, it should be reported as its against law..
But practically, many people do not report it as it doesn't affect figures of the financial statements,. Its just an procedural issue...
