Dear Experts,
My Annual in come below Rs.1,60,000.00 and I am working in a Pvt.Ltd, but I am having PAN card.
Now is it necessary to file a Income Tax return.
Kindly suggest me.

No need to file IT return for assessment year 2010-11. But in the head line it is service tax. ?
