31 July 2013 whether a salaried person whose toatal income does not exceed Rs 500000 for A.Y. 2013-14 needs to file I.T Return .can he use Itr-1 or sahaj to file his return if HRA and Conveyance allowance exceeds Rs 5000/- .what is the remedy if he files the return in ITR -1 having HRA and Conveyance exceeding RS 5000/- for A.y 2013-14
