One of my assessee has filed his return of income for AY 2009-10 on 31-03-2011. Now he is going to file his return of income for AY 2010-11 & 2011-12 in this may 2011. Also he wants to take housing loan. So in this regard, I would like to know whether he would get this loan as he is filling return in short period?

that's not an issue... you need the ITR copy duly acknowledged by It deptt.. that's sufficient.
