Dear sir,
I have not filled return for fy 2011-12,2012-13 & 2013-14, my tds deducted U/s 194h for fy 2011-12 Rs.3000, 2012-13 Rs.20000, 2013-14 Rs.24000, Please suggest What form should i file and how much interest i have to pay u/s 234A?????

As per section 139(4) of income tax act, if a person has not furnished the return of income within the time allowed under the section 139(1)or within the time allowed under section 142(1) then the return can be filed at any time before the expiry of 1 year from the end of the relevant assessment year or before the completion of assessment whichever is earlier.
For FY 2011-12 return can't be filed as the time allowed is over.For the FY 2012-13 return can be filed upto 31st March 2015.Where return of income is filed after the due date, interest u/s 234 A will be payable. But if the tax has been deducted from the income of the assessee or advance tax has been paid by the assessee and there remains no tax to be paid after such T.D.S or advance tax then no interest is levied u/s 234A for filing the return after the due date.For the FY 2013-14 you can file the belated return till 31st March 2016. You should file ITR 4
