we have already file gstr-1 for the month of july-2017, but now the government has changed GSTR-1 as quarterly return, but my doubt is " can i take july transactions also into account for july-sep period return of gstr-1?

please clarify my doubt, will be very thankful to u

02 December 2017 Sir... Thank you for the reply... You are sure...?! In case Turn Over less than 1.5cr dealers already filed their GSTR 1 in July month. then they ll be file August and September returns as monthly return... And next returns as quarterly...?!

05 December 2017 I beg to differ here as where turnover is less than 1.5cr then in such case you have file quarterly return and according to me details filed in July return will be auto populated at the time of filing quarterly return for the period July to September 2017.

05 December 2017 I don't know it's autopopulated or not.
But, as per latest tweeted by CBEC in twitter. Less than 1.5cr dealers file the Return with August and September months details if they filed July return...

05 December 2017 If a person has not filled gstr 1 till now and gstr 1 is not showing quarterly.... How to tackle this problrm. His turnover is less than 1.5 cr: But portal is not showing quarterly return option
Upto Sept file monthly. After Sept file quarterly
