12 August 2013 I want to file return for Financial year 2009-10,so i want to know the procedure how i can file it,because i had tried online filing procedure it is not allowing to file online
please help me to get out this query as soon as possible

12 August 2013 Your case is of time barred now as per sec 139 you cannot file belated return after 1 yr from end of relevant AY.

The last date in this case is 31.3.2012.

u need to seek application to cbdt directly and only if they allow with penalty and procedure they demand then only u can file for AY10-11.
