I want to file return for Financial year 2009-10,so i want to know the procedure how i can file it,because i had tried online filing procedure it is not allowing to file online

Your case is of time barred now as per sec 139 you cannot file belated return after 1 yr from end of relevant AY.
The last date in this case is 31.3.2012.
u need to seek application to cbdt directly and only if they allow with penalty and procedure they demand then only u can file for AY10-11.
