Return file but it is not showing on web site

10 January 2014 I had file a return of income tax for the asst yr 2009-10 of a pvt ltd company, but it is not updated on income tax web site. what can I do it also had a refund of around 60K.

11 January 2014 if you have the acknowledgment number with you, kindly call the CPC bangalore and check the status of the return over phone..

12 January 2014 i will suggest you to meet your jurisdirctional ao as its already 3+ years

Jurisdictional AO's barely have any power to intervene in CPC returns unless they are allocated to them..

12 January 2014 AO is dept's person and we are just assessee so atleast he is a person who is in better position to resolve it.
