14 July 2011 Whether a Non Resident can file online return from place outside India and send the ITR-V to CPC Bangalore from the place of foreign country ? If So what will be the full address to be given in return. Whether it will be of the Indian Address or an address of foreign country place. ?

14 July 2011 I have not been out of India so far but can assume that the efiling web-site remains operative from outside India also and allows e-filing. He may post his ITR-V to
CPC Bangalore.
In case , ITR accepts only Speed Post
and Ordinary Post, let him send the ITR V at your address and then you may post it to Bangalore.

The address as per PAN Data Records to be given in the Return.

14 July 2011 Address – A local address is required to be entered in the Return of Income. This poses a problem since the NRIs who visit India for a short period find it difficult to find a local address to be given in the Return of Income. To overcome this problem, generally address of the local office in which the NRI works is mentioned in the Return of Income.

15 July 2011 Local address is not required by NRI's to file the return of income in India. They can obtain the PAN on the address of their residence outside India and also fill the address of their residence outside India in the return of Income .
