R/s,
I am having form no.16,more T.D.S. deducted than my income tax.To take refund it is necessary to fill return.Please guide.

Yes, you have to file Income Tax Return to claim the refund, if any. Return filing is very easy. You can file it online using quick e-file option after logging in @ https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/
