Half Yearly returns are history now. Now-a-days quarterly return are being filed.
3rd Qtr forms are not yet available.

1)No we cannot file now because aces not yet provided excel utility for half year ending march2013
2)The exact date of the availability of the ST 3 return in ACES for the period October, 2012 - March, 2013 will be announced later.
