I m Employee the ABC Co.My TDS cut. I m apply for Refund. now my question is that can I file the separate for Return file or my application for refund is consider for return file?

You need to file income tax return for claiming TDS refund.

no, after getting refund, you wont need to inform the department through filling any documents.
