Our's is a listed Company.
60 years age of our Vice-Chairman(Executive) having remuneration of Rs.4,00,000/- per month.
Can we retire him from Board of Directors and appoint him as a Consultnat/Advisor of the Company ?
Please reply.

There is no bar on the age of retirement in the private sector. If you are retiring him you are free to appoint him as a consultant.
