If the auditor himself willingly wants to resign from the company, then what is the procedure???? (The Company is not removing the auditor from the company )

I am not aware of practical side still i am sharing points as per my assesment.
Appointment of Auditor is an ordinary business to transact with the approval of share holders..When there occurs a change in Auditor,Company should convene a meeting of share holders to appoint the new auditor..
letter from the resigning Auditor as well as consent to act as auditor from the new auditor is required to obtain and Form 23B is required to file with in 30 days of appointment.
