My uncle retired in in 2011-12 from his job.he was govt employee,as his worked in govt bank.
since after his retirement he didn't filled his return, as there was no such source of income such in hand.
Now his getting pension from 2013-14,which exceeding the limit of Tax slap provided.
so please advise that whether he need to filled the return?
and if yes than which ITR need to fill and for how many year return he can fill now?.

He has to file the ITR. He can go for ITR 1 or ITR 2
