Superannuation fund-employer contribution

My employer has established a superannuation fund , in which they have revised rate of employer contribution since 2007 and accordingly transferred Rs 95000 for each year since 2007 till March 2013 to my retirement fund. And Rs 100000 FY 2013-14 also. RS (95000*6) they have shown as perk and deducted TDS of Approx 89000. For FY 2013-14 they have given me exemption under perk.

My question is can I get refund of TDS 89000 that has been deducted for FY 2007 to FY 2012

21 July 2014 IPCC and CA Final May 2014 “expected” exam result date.

Result may be delayed for May 2014 exam: As the exams were held late by 25 days due to elections, results will be delayed by 10 – 15 days.

1. CA Final Results of the May 2014 exams are likely to be declared in the Second week of August i.e. around 13th August, 2014.

2. IPCC Result for May 2014 exam is likely to be declared in the third week of August i.e. around 18th August, 2014 at around 4.00 PM.

Arrangements have also been made for the candidates desirous of having results on their e-mail addresses to pre-register their requests at the above website, i.e. https://www.caresults.nic.in from 16th August.

All those registering their requests will be provided their IPCC Result through e-mail on the e-mail addresses registered as above immediately after the declaration of the IPCC result.

All the above dates are expected dates and there is no official announcement from ICAI w.r.t. the result date. It is advisable to wait for the official announcement regarding exact date of result for May 2014 examination.
