The company has entered into an agreement dated 15.03.2010. Under section 297 of the Companies Act for which approval of Board is required.
So I would like to ask on what date such Board meeting should be held.can i take any date in february

Board Resolution U/s 297
RESOLVED THAT subject to the prior approval of the Central Government, approval of the Board be and is hereby accorded to the contract (as per the terms and conditions set out in the draft agreement placed before the meeting and initialed by the Chairman for the purpose of identification) for the period from---- to…….. for the supply………. Of the value of Rs. Per year proposed to be entered in to between the Company and Mr. X a director of the Company/ relative of director/ Messers……… a firm in which Mr……….is a partner/………………..Pvt. Ltd. where Mr.X a director of the company is member/director.
RESOLVED FURTHER THAT the director of the company be and is hereby authorize to execute the agreement with Mr./M/s……… and to affix the common seal of the company thereto……………….
