Resigning from the post of director

18 June 2018 Dear Sir,
I am a director of a company that got shut down due to losses and one of the directors cheated us and it was closed 3 to 4 yrs ago. there are two directors left and i want to resign now but the other director is not ready to accept my resignation. Kindly help me to resign from my current position. I have spent all my hard earned money in this and i dont have any more money to even think of restarting it. Plz help me

18 June 2018 the other director need not accept it. Once you submit the resignation, your job is done. Then it shall be duty of the company to make sure that it duly informs the ROC of your resignation.

18 June 2018 Sir what if the company doesnt file. will my resignation stands cancelled. I have a sample resignation letter can i fill it in and along with DIr 11 and submit it in ROC.

18 June 2018 once you submit DIR-11, your duty is completed. your resignation is final based on the resignation letter itself. Refer https://legaladda.myonlineca.in/resignation-director-company/
