ADT 1 is required to file in resignation of auditor in public co and is it required to file MGT 14 .plz suggest

The auditor who has resigned from the company shall file a statement in Form ADT-3. In case of removal of auditor, Special Resolution is required to be passed and MGT 14 is required to be filed by the company.

and to file e-form ADT-1 for the new auditor so appointed.
