23 May 2017 ADT 1 is required to file in resignation of auditor in public co and is it required to file MGT 14 .plz suggest

24 May 2017 The auditor who has resigned from the company shall file a statement in Form ADT-3. In case of removal of auditor, Special Resolution is required to be passed and MGT 14 is required to be filed by the company.
