Reset passward

27 June 2012 I wish to change my CA. Therefore I wish to know how can I reset my PAN Passward. There is facility to reset PAN passward on I.T.website but facing following problem
1. I have no secret Q. answer.
2. I have e-file ack.of AY 11-12 but showing Bank account no. is mismatched. I hope wrong bank a/c no. mentioned or mentioned N.A.by C.A.
3. New passward will be sent to CA.

Pls. suggest.
