Reset of password of online filling

Sir,
In the assessment year 2009-2010 someone filled my return on behalf of me, and it is known to me. He did the works whichever were needed. But now there is no contact between me and that person. But now I want to do the e-filing work by myself.
The problem is "I don't know the registered e-mail id or password"
So please help me by guiding me "what I have to do?" And I will be grateful to you.

The options mentioned above by the experts will get replied to the e-mail id given at the time of creating userid and password which in all probability will be of the person who has filed the earlier return, meaning there by resetting the password will not work out.
Now, you are requested to take a DIGITAL SIGNATURE CERTIFICATE and proceed 'forgot password option' through www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in. While doing so, please give your email id and your mobile number in which you will get a reply mail and a PIN in the mobile. The PIN is required to activate the new password for which you have to open the mail and click the activation link given therein.
