12 June 2008 If some one have an income of Rs. 2 lac in FY 07-08 (AY 08-09)from Salary. After making required investments as per IT Act his Income fall under 1.50 lac.

FOR FILING RETURN:-

Form 16 is required?

or

Salary certificate is enough !
