please tell me it is require as per AS or companies act to disclose information about Depreciation,Employee bemefit,Segment reporting.Even if it is nill because it is 1st year of company and there is no fixed asset,employee.

Where the applicability of particular accounting standard is mandatory then need to disclose the details. since there is no fixed asset and employee no need to disclose
