Respected Experts,
We are appealing to ld. commissioner of Appeal. I dont know what is the meaning of LD.Commissioner and what is the difference as compared to other Commissioners.WHAT IS THE FULL FORM OF LD.your early reply shall really be appreciated.

LD means learned.
