registered myself for cpt in 2009 &cs executive in2009.not clear any groupmof cs &ca.how can i request icai to give permission to me to doth both c,cs together.

I CAME TO KNOW THAT FORM 112 HAS TO BE FILED WHILE DOING ARTICLESHIP,BUT I HAVE NOT CLEAR CPT THEN HOW CAN I FILE FORM 112 TO ICAI.IF I CAN FILE THEN TELL ME THE PROCESS & THE FEES REQUIRED
