Dear Experts,
Please let me know if renewal of membership Registration with STPI essential even after completion of eligibility for Sec 10A exemption under Income Tax Act for Software exports.

In my opinion, till the time you are holding the green card, you are required for the renewal.
Best option, once the STPI exemption under 10A, is actually abolished, just surrender the green card / LOP.
Also you need to get the De-Bonding done for the premises & CT-3 purchases also.
