what are the procedures for filing of Income Tax return of an Expired Assessee? who make signature on ITR form ?is there need of representative assessee?

15 November 2013 By logging in to the assessee's e-filing account you can have a better idea.
.
You have to get online approval from CPC for the RA i.e the legal heir, who will be signing the ITR V of the deceased.
.
You have to upload these documents through the legal heir's e-filing account -
1. PAN- Assessee
2. PAN- Legal Heir
3. Death Certificate
4. Legal heir certificate issued from the court.
