I have received notice under section 148 for AY 2012-12.
In AY 2012-13 my father sold agriculture land and give me money and i deposited it bank. Please tell me what i do for reply of section 148.

you will have to establish the trail of money including that the cash emanated from the sale of agricultural land and not from other activity.
