Reply of notice from income tax

12 August 2016 Dear Sir,
I have received a notice from income tax department for non filling of income tax return. While I don't have any taxable income.

ITO has following information regarding my income.

Information summary Description send by ITD under Notice.

Sr. No. FY Information Code Information Description
1. 2013-14 TDS-194A TDS Return - Other Interest (Section 194A)
2 2013-14 STT-01 Purchase of equity shares in a recognised stock exchange
3 2013-14 STT-02 Sale of equity share in a recognised Stock exchange

I want to file an online compliance regarding such notice.

kindly suggest me the language in which I'll give reply.
