1.As per As4 defination dividend is non adjuesting item,and accordance with As4 it should be provided for in next year,even while it is provided in current year only.i know its an exceptional case to As4 but why exceptional.plz answer.
2.difference between demerger and slum sale.
3.while making valution of goodwill whether one should take goodwill already shown in B/S or we should ignore that goodwill.bcoz we r valuing fresh goodwill.
