23 May 2023 Respected experts. How to file adjournment request online in case of asmt 10. Can we submit two replies for a single asmt 10 i. e one for adjoirnment and one final reply. Please guide.

31 May 2023 You can seek adjournment by simply replying to ASMT-10 saying that you need some more time to reply with valid reasons. Thereafter once you are ready you can file final reply. Although maximum time allowed for reply in ASMT-11 is thirty days, beyond that it will depend upon the officer concerned.
