26 February 2013 Dear experts ,

i received the notice from tax department U/S 133(6) of it act for the F.Y 2009-10.

on the ground of cash deposited by me 10,00,000. in the F.Y 2009-10.

the cash was deposited by different parties in my bank A/c of rs 25000 ( maximum single transaction )

i have never filled it return
now wat would i do pls help me on this .

I think you have been asked to submit certain information regarding the cash deposited in your account?

26 February 2013 yes they called me to subit the reliable & relevant evidences for source of income

26 February 2013 and i have only income of salary rs 12000 p.m . the cash which is deposited by parties is of my boss . wat would i subit for source of my income to satisfying the assessing officier. n help me on furthr proceedings.

26 February 2013 Then you will have to submit the details. If the same was latter transferred to your boss account you can give that details.
