respected sir
I have received a letter from income tax a reason for not filling of income tax return .unfortunately
tds is deducted u/s 194 C
in that assessment year where income tax department asked a reason for not filling a return ..pls suggest me how to reply against income tax notice which help to avoid income tax penalty ..

If there is no proper reason with you
..
reply them saying that person who take care of assesse financial matters and returns was left so cant able to make return for that year,..and say you have forgotten later
