18 January 2011 I Kindly request to clarify my following query in regards to repayment of customs duty along with interest on epcg license since export obligation not been fulfilled.



1. Under what head/tariff no we have to repay the customs duty

2. Under what head/tariff no we have to pay the interest amount on duty saved
