Pls let me know the billing structure for the following:
Repair & Service Charges
Spares Replaced
Whether separate bills are to prepared?
Whether excise duty is aplicable?

There is no scope on excise duty applicability here. Spares replaced comes under Sales tax and Repairs & Service charges comes under Service tax. you can raise one invoice but show the portion different and tax also need to be shown as different
